What is Datex’s User Conference?
Datex’s User Conference is an opportunity for our Customers, Partners, and Team Members to collaborate, strategize, and learn. Sharing the latest in our industry leading new technology platform, we look to provide key insights, capabilities and innovations that will enable and empower our Customers.
When and where is the User Conference?
The 2024 User Conference is a three-and-a-half-day event from April 23 – 26 in Orlando, FL. The conference events will all take place at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort Hotel located at 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, Florida, 32830.
Who should attend the User Conference?
We encourage all our Customers to attend the conference. It is critical to your on-going business success to have proper representation from your Executive, Operations, and IT organizations participating. The User Conference offers a rare opportunity of having all Datex departments present.
What if I attended previously – do I still need to attend now?
Considering the last one was in 2019, the answer is YES!! So much has changed and we have a lot of great advancements and innovation to share.
What is included in the User Conference fees?
From the Opening night reception through lunch and training on the final day, all your meals, drinks, snacks, training, sessions, and evening events are included. Airfare, hotel will be your responsibility.
Are there discounts available?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for those sending three (3) or more, and six (6) or more.
If I have a disability or a food allergy, who should I contact?
Datex is committed to providing an inclusive conference experience for all guests. When registering for the conference, you will be asked to list any food allergies or disabilities. If you have any additional question or concerns, please email marketing@datexcorp.com.
What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code, but the suggested attire for all day and evening events is business casual. Be sure to bring comfortable clothes to enjoy the beautiful weather and resort amenities outside of the actual meetings.
Can I make a change to my registration once made if necessary?
Please contact mparmett@datexcorp.com if you need to discuss any changes to your registration. As a rule we do not allow for “refunds,” but you can make transfers of a registration to another resource.
Where should I book my hotel?
We are excited to be partnered with the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort. All hotel reservations should be made via the registration link provided for the conference registration process. For those who would like to arrive early or stay after, the discounted room rates are extended for you!
Will transportation be provided?
Unfortunately, Disney has discontinued their shuttle program to all resorts and parks, but there are plenty of options such as Uber, Lyft and taxi service.
What is the closest airport?
The Orlando International airport (MCO) is approximately 21 miles and 25 minutes away.
What is the agenda and what will I learn at the 2024 User Conference?
The Datex User Conference offers a combination of general, breakout, speaker, roundtable, and training sessions all oriented towards helping you increase your product and system knowledge, utilization, and effectiveness, as well as provide industry insights and exchange information with your peers.
Can I bring my family?
We can’t think of a better place to bring the family to than Orlando and Disney!! Hotel discounts are offered on both the front and back end of the conference for this very reason.
Are Spouses/Partners allowed to attend?
Absolutely, spouses and partners can attend the meals and receptions for a discounted fee.
